1. Age: Must have completed 17 years and should not be more than 25 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
2. N.B.: Upper age limit relaxable by 3 years increase of SC & ST candidates.
3. Sex: female Candidates only.
4. General Educational Qualifications : Pass in Intermediate sciences or Intermediate vocational (Nursing) or plus 2 science subjects or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the science subjects of the qualifying examination. In case of SC & ST candidates minimum marks shall not be less than 40%.
5. The candidates should possess good health and moral character.

1. The selection committee will scrutinize each application.
2. Merit list shall be prepared and performance in the Intermediate examination will form the basis for preliminary selection.
3. The candidates who meet the prescribed requirements are asked to appear for as entrance test in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General knowledge of the pre – University level.
4. An entrance fee will be collected towards the entrance exam on the day of exam.
5. Provisionally selected candidates are called for an Interview at their own expense.
6. The candidates called for interview are asked to bring with them the following original certificates.

3. Intermediate / Qualifying exam.
4. Transfer certificate

7. The selected candidates list will be announced on the same day / the next day.
8. The selected candidates are required to sign a letter of acceptance and pay the fee for the 1st year on the dame day of admission.
9. Candidates must under go a complete medical check up admission and there after every year.
10. The admission granted is provisional until the following certificates are produced and is approved by NTR UHS – Vijayawada.
